At Hotel Gajraj, we do not ship physical products. Instead, we provide hotel room bookings and hospitality services. For the purpose of payment gateway compliance, our “Shipping & Delivery Policy” refers to the confirmation and delivery of hotel bookings.

Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings made through our website, phone, or walk-in are confirmed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
  • Once payment is successfully processed, guests will receive a booking confirmation email with reservation details within a few minutes.

  • Our services are delivered in the form of room reservations and hospitality services at:

  • Guests are required to present a valid ID and the booking confirmation email at the time of check-in.
  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the check-in date are fully refundable.
  • Cancellations made within 3–6 days prior to the check-in date will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
